When I was in School, I was an athlete and used to represent Madhya Pradesh as State Player and won many awards, however I could not continue my Sports journey and started moving with Life. But I continued my fitness as a lifestyle and when I turned age 35 I had a chance to become professional athlete again, I decided to take the opportunity and follow my dream of becoming a professional athlete. I started competing with IBBF, Indian Bodybuilders Federation as register athlete.
2018 I competed in National championship and placed in top 10, which qualified me to represent India in 2018 Asian Championship. I Won Silver and Bronze Medal in 2 categories and become Top 5 Figure athletes in Asia and still hold the title. In 2019 I Switched from Figure category to women Bodybuilding and it was my first time competing in bodybuilding Division, again I cracked Top 5 for 2019. Twice I have become Maharashtra Shree as state champion. In 2021 again in National championship I won a title of People’s Champion and placed amongst Top 5 2021 women bodybuilders on India.
Currently preparing for 2023 session.
Coming from a Muslim background it was very difficult for me to do what I am doing now. I inspire many, but I had my own challenges which can’t be defined.
My Mantra of my daily life is (Life is a One-time Opportunity so just use the opportunity daily)
